How long the placement takes depends on the language skills of the candidates when the contract is concluded. If a B2 certificate is already available, placement is possible within approx. 3 months, provided all documents are available.
The basic requirement for recognition is a bachelor's degree in nursing or three years of training in nursing as well as German language skills at level B2.
Professional recognition in Germany is carried out by the federal states. Each federal state may have different requirements for the documents that must be submitted.
After examining the training, the respective authority will determine either an equivalence or a deficit between the training in Morocco and the training in Germany in accordance with the Nursing Professions Act. In the event of a deficit, this can be compensated for by taking a knowledge test or an adaptation course.

As a member of the cooperative, you can help shape the company and participate in its success, similar to a housing cooperative. This requires a stable partnership, which is currently given after a cooperation of at least 12 months and 10 or more placements. Once the requirements have been met, you can join the cooperative informally.
