Who we are
AmalCare eG is a registered cooperative in Germany. It was founded by nursing professionals and managers from the healthcare sector who have first-hand experience of day-to-day diaconal care - both outpatient and inpatient.
Our idea: a recruitment agency that does more. One that prepares, accompanies and integrates - instead of just placing. And one where we can say with a clear conscience: "We would hire this specialist ourselves."
AmalCare combines language support, training in care skills and social integration into an overall concept - unique in its form and quality.
At our own language school in Rabat, nursing staff and trainees are specifically prepared for the language requirements of everyday nursing care in Germany. The lessons are geared towards technical language and are taught by experienced teachers - with close reference to professional practice.
Alongside language preparation, we teach basic nursing knowledge that is relevant for starting work in Germany: hygiene, personal hygiene, catheter care, wound care and the use of technical aids such as nursing beds.This means that our participants are not only prepared linguistically, but also professionally - and can concentrate fully on social integration when they arrive.
Once they arrive in Germany, our participants are not alone: they receive personal support from an employee from Morocco, who accompanies and supports them on site - a matter of course for us. Our teams are interculturally trained and pedagogically experienced.
AmalCare eG offers care facilities the opportunity to become a member of the cooperative after an introductory phase. In this way, we are creating a model in which employers not only benefit, but can also actively contribute to the quality assurance of our organization - together, transparently and in the long term.
